Knoxville Engagement Photography: Lori + Clark

Talk about fate... we had to reschedule the first engagement session with Lori and Clark because of rain. And then when we showed up to the Hill at the University of Tennessee to meet them for the makeup date, we found Ayres Hall fenced off and surrounded by construction. Lori and Clark wanted to show their school spirit, so since they were decked out in their Big Orange, we went to Plan B... Neyland Stadium (before heading to the Old City). And I am glad we did!

We had a great time with these two and I can't wait for their wedding next year.

Good ol' Neyland Stadium.

We started at the entrance...

And got a little bit closer... and no one yelled at us...

So we just walked right in. :)

Yep, their wedding is on the 25th. See what we did there? Huh, huh? Get it? ;)

It was cool having the whole empty stadium all to ourselves.

How sweet is this one?

After UT, we visited the Old City for some urban style.

Lori and Clark met at Patrick Sullivan's, hence the photo at one of the table's they sat at. It's weird; in all the years I performed improv comedy with Einstein Simplified at Patrick Sullivan's and sat around this very table after every show, I never thought I'd do an engagement photo here. :)

To commemorate the cancelled session, Lori wanted to play with some rain gear.

I've always dug these "portholes" in the side of Old City Java. Glad we got to use them finally.

Take a sweet couple, squeeze them in an old doorway and let the cuteness ensue.

Ooh, better yet, find this great alley (that Danielle did) lit with a single light bulb, insert one cool couple, and let the sexiness ensue. (Parents of the couple, avert your eyes, AVERT YOUR EYES!!)

Thank you so much Lori and Clark! Too be honest, I'm kind of glad the first session got cancelled. I don't think it could have been as awesome as this one! :)
