Newport Engagement Photography - Marissa + Nate

Marissa and Nate are getting married this coming May at Marissa's grandmother's house in Newport. We met them last week for a fun engagement session around the bustling metropolis that is downtown Newport. Okay, bustling may not be the best adjective, but it is a cool little old downtown. We had a blast hanging out with these two… their wedding is going to great!

If there's railroad tracks nearby, you know we have to shoot there. One of these days we're going to get in trouble.

Anything to make him smile.

What? It's always fun to stand in front of the Cocke County Courthouse and make fun of all of Danielle's relatives that have passed through those hallowed halls.

:)

I think Nate was afraid someone was going to open the door mid-kiss.

*LOVE* all the funky reflections Danielle captured in this one.

After playing in downtown for a while, we headed up to a river in Cosby.

Mmm… later afternoon sunflare goodness.

Thanks guys! We hope you love the photos!

Maryville Portrait Photography - Quentin

It's a beautiful day for a blog post wouldn't ya say?!! Meet Quentin! We are doing some photos for the Pregnancy Resource Center to make a calender for them as a fundraiser and this is one of the babies that we had the opportunity to work with for that. Also, I have to give Brittany some props because she did this session solo while I was holding some viewing sessions.

Isn't he just a cutie!

You know, at 7 months it is VERY easy to get distracted.

I have no idea what this face is about but I love it!

"Oh, there's my fingers!"

Such a happy boy!

Of course, we had to get one of him with mom! He's at that age where he LOVES to give kisses and he's so cute when he does it!

Thank you Brittany! You did an amazing job. And, thank you to Quentin for being a part of this great opportunity for the Pregnancy Resource Center! We'll be posting more sessions from the calendar shoots as we get to do them and we'll let you know when the calender becomes available so that you can buy one to support this great organization!

Daffodil Mini Sessions Teaser

Spring is here!!! Well, almost. The daffodils are here at least. Last Saturday was an absolutely beautiful day to be out playing in them so that's exactly what Brittany and I did. We scheduled a day of daffodil mini-sessions and we had a great time. Here is just a few of my favorites from a couple of the day's sessions (the afternoon bookings).

We'll start this teaser off with little Lauron. What a cutie!

I LOVE this one!

Sweet moment with Mommy.

Just look at all of those blooms! This was one of the prettiest years ever at the field.

So sweet!

Little poser :)

The thing with twins is that one will do exactly what you want but the other will not. Then they switch roles!

Kaelynn REALLY wanted Arianna's bow.

Kaelynn was also a big fan of tasting the flowers.

Love this one too!

And, you know we couldn't do a daffodil session without including our own girls!

I love this one.

Sisters :)

"Want some"?

I LOVE this laugh!

Thank you to everyone who made it out for the mini-sessions! Sorry if yours isn't on the blog yet, I wanted to get the ones up first who will be in for viewings sooner. And for everyone else out there, the flowers are still very pretty so let me know if you want to book a session with us in this gorgeous field!
