Maryville Portrait Photography - Ellie Kate

Oh, Ellie Kate! You're growing like a weed, kid! We last saw Ellie Kate a few months ago at her little brother's session and I swear it seems like she's grown since then.

If you've followed our blog for a while, you're sure to recognize this little cutie.

Ellie Kate wanted a few photos with her little brother.

Is there anything better than throwing leaves in the air on a crisp, fall day?

Criss-cross applesauce.

A couple family portraits.

Oh, quit your whining Jackson, it's only sprinkling. ;)

The many faces of Ellie Kate.

Sah-wing batter, batter!! (No cameras were harmed in the making of this photo.)

Sometimes you just have to let her be.

Dreamy.

Jackson snuck one more in.

Autumn.

As always, it was a joy photographing Ellie Kate and her family. I can't wait for our next session together.

Maryville Portrait Photography - The Davis Family

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We're kicking off the holiday season with a series of fall sessions on the blog. Up first are some of our favorite people on the planet: the Davis clan. We've photographed a wedding, family sessions, and the cousins, Lila and Annagrace, since they were born. We met up at the family home recently to do three family sessions (and two kiddo sessions) in one.

Let's start off with little Annagrace.

A little star (this one will repeat in a moment).

Annagrace with mom and dad, Beth and Brian.

Whatcha looking at?

Such a sweet family.

And cousin Lila, fellow princess, joined in. Annagrace was nice enough to hand Lila her wand.

Just a couple of princesses (princessi?) out on a stroll.

The Davis boys and their little girls. This one is sure to melt grandma's heart. :)

Lila's turn in the spotlight.

Déjà vu?

Dawn and Curt and their little hair puller.

Seriously, what's so exciting behind you?

She's "this many"… minus 8.

They're a sweet little family too!

I think this was a hug and not a move to strangle.

Who needs smiles when you've got razzberries?

We played a game of "How Many Kids Will Fit in One Chair?" (Two, for future reference.)

The whole crew including grandpa and grandma, Danny and Lynn.

I think Lila was over it at this point.

Beth and Brian wanted a series for their Christmas cards.

Which sometimes means taking an "O" on the chin.

Thank you so much Davises! As always, it was our pleasure to photograph your wonderful family! See you soon!

Maryville Engagement Photography - Morgan + Jacob

Long time, no see friends! Life is keeping Danielle and I busy, but we're still photographing sessions. Today we wanted to share a recent engagement shoot for one of our 2014 weddings. Meet Jacob and Morgan, a super fun couple who we photographed at a friend's house in Walland.

Aren't they cute?

Everyone sing with me now… "sittin' on the dock of the bay…"

They brought Jacob's little boy, Grayson, along for a few photos too.

Oops!

I thought that was their phone number at first.

Little shy guy. :)

I swear, if artsy sun flare every goes out of style, I'm a up a creek. I love this!

Morgan is going to be a stunner on her wedding day.

Thank you Morgan and Jacob! We can't wait until the wedding!
