Knoxville Baby Photography - Logan

Ready for some baby cuteness?? Or some cute babyness?? I wanted to share some images from an impromptu session with 2-month-old Logan today. His big sister is Lilly (see her session from around the same age here), one of our all star kiddos we love to photograph. Here are a few favorites from our mini-session…

I love it when babies sleep. They're so beautiful and peaceful (and quiet!).

Mommy gave him a few little taps to coax him back to sleep for some nudie booty photos.

Augh!! Why's this giant hovering over me?!?!?!

Oh! He's taking my picture!

Okay, you bore me now, Camera Boy.

I'm #1! I'm #1! I'm #1!

And he's back out again. I wish I could sleep as much as babies. What a life! ;)

Congratulations Kristin, Chris, and Lilly! Logan is a fine looking little tike. I can't wait to watch as he grows!

Ten Years!!

Please pardon the interruption from our regular posts featuring our fantastic clients. Today is a very special day for Danielle and myself and I wanted to share a little something with you all.

Ten years ago she wore an amazing wedding gown and looked more beautiful than I have ever seen her.

Ten years ago we cemented our lives together in a small, but beautiful ceremony in front of our friends and family.

Ten years ago we sang to each other, said "I do!", and skipped (literally) down the aisle.

Ten years ago, I married my best friend. :)

If you know us, you know that our sucky wedding photos were the main catalyst for us getting into the wedding business. These may not be the best pictures, but they're what we have.

We've come a long way in ten years. We've built a successful business, built a house, and built a wonderful little family.

Our girls. Cute little boogers, huh?

There have been incredible highs and gut-wrenching lows. Amazing journeys and daily struggles. And I am so blessed that Danielle has been by my side for every minute of it. As I've said before…

We're just a couple dorks in love.

Happy Tenth Anniversary Danielle! I love you more and more every day!! Thank you for saying "yes!"

Sevierville Wedding Photography : Kristal + Charles 05.01.10

Last Sunday I teased you, now buckle up for a full post! And it's a doozie!

We continue on with more photos from Kristal and Charles' wedding at the beautiful Gremmy's Garden in Sevierville.

Kristal's mom was an all-star: hair stylist, coordinator, florist, mother of the bride…

Check out the shotgun shell cufflinks Kristal got Charles.

Charles being all groomy!

I dig the suit. Who wants a boring old tux when you can look this cool?

Charles and his boys… I so wanted to call this one "Charles in Charge."

Kristal has a little quiet reflection time while she gets laced.

The first look.

Another one of Danielle's from the irises.

Woodsy!

Kissyface!

Vintagey!

Pondy! (Okay, I'll stop now.)(Not really.)

I love these.

Purple shoes!

Windy!

I'll take one flower girl in "super cute" please.

It rained a little bit right before the ceremony started. I love the ladybug umbrella.

Walking in...

Watching the "walking in."

I'm not sure what was said, but I'm sure it was funny.

The flower girl was tuckered out halfway through the ceremony. I'm not going to lie, sometimes I wish I could take a nap during weddings. ;)

One of the guests demonstrating the proper threshold crossing technique.

What? Just because you're cute and related to the couple you think you can just eat off the groom's plate?

Ringalicious.

We snuck off during the reception for even MORE photos. What can I say, Kristal is a girl after my own heart… she loves her some photos!

Sweetness.

Swingy+vintagey= swingagey! (I'm sorry… I really don't know what's up with all the silly words today!)

The single guys were a little zealous in the garter retrieval too.

Kristal and Charles had their own personal bubble machines!

Saying goodbye.

Um, you might want to move there, Bub, these kids have a honeymoon to get to!

There you go, Kristal and Charles! Congratulations and I hope you love the photos as much as we loved making them. Thanks for being our biggest fan, Kristal! :)
