Eliza

Hi Blogfans! We've had a very busy weekend with a 3-year-old birthday party...gulp, still can't believe that my little girl is 3 (well almost, she will be on the 16th) and a very successful fundraiser for the Secret Safeplace for Newborns. If that isn't crazy enough we've also dealt with mini-contractions and more signs that this baby is coming soon!

Well, among all the weekend craziness we were able to finally get the photos worked up from one of our last sessions. We had a call from another couple who's wedding we photographed last year wanting us to take some pictures of their beautiful baby girl. We love when our past wedding couples call to include us in their lives as their families spread...it is such a blessing. Speaking of a blessing, meet Miss Eliza. At this session she was 2.5 months old and such a good girl!

She wasn't too sure what to think about Wes when she saw his ugly mug...hey let's be honest, none of us really know what to think of him! ;)

I think I had just finished telling them about a prior "pee incident" by another client (another baby, not a bride) when this happened! The funny thing is not only did mommy get peed on but later on in the session it happened again while daddy was holding Eliza!

I love the sweet look on her face in these next two images.

As a woman I have to notice how cute those shoes are!

This outfit was worn by Eliza's mommy when she was a baby. Eliza was not really a huge fan of the hat though!

I think Wes started to bore her after awhile...I think she got over hearing him talk for her (you know how he is).

Thank you Eliza for being such a great little model and thanks to Eliza's mommy and daddy for having us over for the session! Coming up soon are more maternity pics of me (done by our good friend Jason Davis) and hopefully Wes is going to get our website updated with some of the latest images that you blog followers have been seeing. We will also be at the Premier Bride bridal show at the Convention Center this Sunday...well we hope we will be there and that the baby waits until next week to come. So if you get a chance swing by and see us or send any up-in-coming brides that you know to our booth!
