Rachel + Keith: 05.21.2011

We tried something new last month… an Associate Package! Brittany, Danielle's partner in her side business Exposed Boudoir, volunteered to shoot a wedding for us when we were contacted about a date we already had filled. And she did a great job. I'll let her fill you in on the details:

Rachel and Keith, while opposites, had so much chemistry. Their ceremony was one that has stuck with me. The pastor at the Westminster Presbyterian Church gave an incredible sermon. He asked everyone in the room to participate in Rachel and Keith's marriage in the best way that they knew how, to encourage their union, and for every married couple in the room to renew their own vows while Rachel and Keith spoke their's for the first time . After really getting to know the couple, the pastor told each of them what they would need to do everyday, for the other, to keep their marriage strong. I absolutely loved when the pastor said (not verbatim), "Speak of your spouse as you would like them to speak about you. Praise your spouse even when everyone is putting him or her down."

I loved working with them and wish them the best!

I LOVE when brides pick a colored shoe, especially pink.

When trying to explain this pose to the groomsmen, and they all of a sudden knew what I was talking about.... the Mighty Duck pose: The Flying V. Yeah, I had no clue what they were talking about and they couldn't believe it. I was 7 when that movie came out.

The beautiful bride!

Rachel has a quiet moment to herself before the ceremony.

Before the ceremony started, Rachel and her bridesmaids took turns doing silly pictures on the webcam on their laptop.

Indoor sunflare!

Rachel and Keith took some time to themselves after the ceremony. Such a sweet moment!

For the record, Rachel gave into peer pressure on this one.

Aren't they cute?

Thank you Brittany! You did a wonderful job. And thanks to Rachel and Keith!! It looks like you had a beautiful wedding! :)
