Maryville Family Photography - The Effler Family

Okay, there was supposed to be an AMAZING wedding being blogged today, however, with the collapse of our main computer, Wes is unable to get it ready to blog (but don't worry, we didn't lose any files! Thank goodness for backups!)! Hopefully, Apple will pull through and have us up and running again by the first of the week. In the meantime, here's some more fantabulous fall for you!

Meet the Efflers. We know the Efflers because of grandmother, Linda, who was Wes' second mother when he worked at the Daily Times. She has always said that Wes looks like her son and acts like him (God bless her) so he often called her his "work mom". Now that he no longer works there, Linda has just become one of our biggest fans and supporters and we do love her like a second mom! SO, we were super excited to get to do these photos of her daughter's wonderful family!

We had scheduled this session a few weeks ago for a Saturday morning that turned out to be one of the coldest days that we've had so far, and that forced us to reschedule. This day it was still very gloomy and after the session ended, it ended up raining ALL day! We were very blessed to have no rain during the session and despite the overcast skies these fall colors were still AMAZING!

This is Ellie and we were VERY surprised to learn that her stuffed puppy (who makes an appearance in almost every picture because he is considered to be part of the family) is named Excelsior!

This is little brother Seth. Isn't he a cutie?!

Yeah, Excelsior totally jumped in front of the camera on this image!

Emily (mom), told us afterwards that Jordan (dad) isn't a huge fan of photos! I think he did great for the entire session though!

LOVE that smile!

This is what they called her "Uncle Adam" face (Uncle Adam is the one that is said to remind Linda of Wes...I can totally see that)!

Some flyin' baby lovin's.

Seth started crawling into the camera.

Emily and Jordan are such a cute couple!

When there's a puddle, you just gotta jump in it!

Thank you Effler family! We had a great time braving the chilly, damp weather with you and I totally think it was worth it!

I LOVE these! Thanks so much! That one of Jordan and me is the first good one we've had taken together since our wedding! :)
