Hey everyone! Here is another session from our past few weeks of marathon work I've had Wes doing! We were blessed with a call from our new friends Kristin and Chris who wanted us to take some photos of their amazing little girl Lilly Jayne. We met Lilly Jayne back in April when we did a 3-month session with her and it was so great to see her again and she how much she has grown! We think she is beautiful so enjoy:
Hi!
Lilly just learned to sit up on her own. We had a few "tiiiimmmbbeerrrrr" moments but all in all she's doing great!
She loved this snow-globe... it tasted amazing (well, we took Lilly's word on that).
We saw several smiles out of her... she is such a happy baby!
Thanks to Jason for loaning us your fluffy, white backdrop... as you can see we really enjoyed using it!
Wes thought it would be funny to put the hat on her and let it fall in her face, thinking that we'd get a cute shot of her trying to take it off. Lilly wasn't quite ready to do this sort of thing yet so it was kind of funny watching her leave the hat on and just turn her head from side to side. I told Wes that he is cruel ;)
A little help from dad made the hat work though!
Trying to share already... what a good girl!
Inside a baby's head: "Seriously dude. Duck noises. Do you really think that's going to make me smile? Come on."
Inside a baby's head. Part two: "Alright. That's it. I'm done. I'm over it. You bore me."
So, thank you so much Chris and Kristin and of course Miss Lilly, it was great to see you all again!
We have another newborn session to blog coming up within the next few days so look forward to that. In the meantime keep me in your thoughts as I am getting more and more miserable with the pregnancy and we have a big weekend coming up with a Birthday Party for Miss Madilynn (lets pray that all the excitement doesn't send us into early labor)! Also, if you are able to attend we'll be at the Secret Safeplace for Newborns yearly fundraising luau at Courtsouth Saturday evening starting at 6:30. This is a great organization and at the luau there's food and swimming and a silent auction for all kinds of neat things including a free session with us!
